We were satisfied with the accommodation. It is small, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is great, close to the beach, in a quiet neighborhood. We would recommend it.
The only downside was the communication through Booking.com. Locking ourselves out was entirely our own mistake, but when we contacted the host for help, we didn't receive a reply until about 12 hours later. Fortunately, we managed to reach someone by phone; otherwise, we would have had to spend the night outside. Other than that, everything was fine.

Very clean and comfortable. Very close to everything, especially the beach. It was a little tight, but it was great to have off-street parking included.
The hot water temperature was only able to get to luke warm. Adequate unless you like a hot shower.

Amazing location, clean and tidy with everything we needed.
Need to pay for laundry facilities, but in the room, which meant getting lots of quarters.
