Le site Booking.com qui a été à la hauteur de l'annulation à 20h30 de la réservation par le propriétaire alors que je me trouvais dans le train à 45 minutes d'arriver sur Paris
Être obligé de relancer à plusieurs reprises le propriétaire du logement en vain alors que la réservation avait été confirmée. Et apprendre que finalement il était impossible de me donner ledit logement à 20h30 alors que j'étais annoncé arrivé entre 21h et 22h sur place. Le motif était légitime car il y avait une fuite d'eau, mais j'ai été totalement ignoré de la procédure d'alerte...
