Trois pièces sur parc de la Villette Terrasse et vues

Die Lage des Apartments ist fantastisch - 7 Minuten bis zur Metro, wenige 100 Meter bis zum Kulturpark La Villette - und die Blicke über ganz Paris sind atemberaubend . Ich würde sehr gerne noch einmal kommen !

Die Kommunikation war etwas stockend. Der WLAN-Schlüssel sollte im Apartment vorliegen - ich musste erst telefonieren, um ihn zu bekommen

Mooie locatie dichtbij de metro. Fantastisch balkon, erg rustig en dichtbij een park waar veel te doen is.

Mierenplaag waar de verhuurder niets aan deed na melding, uiteindelijk zelf lokdoosjes gekocht. De slaapbank kun je als volwassene niet op liggen, te kort. Koelkast en keuken nog vol met producten van vorige gasten, leek erg op een studentenhuis.

It’s pretty perfect

Easily accessible, balcony and top floor were great amenities. The flat was mostly clean and worked for a 2 night stay. Nicolas was very responsive and could easily communicate via WhatsApp.

Doesn’t seem like much effort goes into the maintenance, walls had paint peeling off, some plugs didn’t work and looked suspect. The fridge smelt like something had died inside and made the whole kitchen smell when opened. There was a leak from the shower into the downstairs apartment, have been told it was the first time but somehow doubt that as the downstairs neighbours knew straight away that the shower was the issue. This meant we couldn’t use the shower for the rest of the stay and made do with the bath - likely due to being unkept. Lastly no special effort went into the stay - there was no welcome booklet to give us check-in / check-out information or WiFi codes. None of the bathrooms had hand soap - little things that usually make stays better.
