La ubicación . Buena zona muy próxima a la estación de Termini y al metro. Cercanía a la Iglesia de Santa María la Mayor. El aire acondicionado. La tranquilizad del alojamiento. Las instalaciones en general. Limpieza.
El ultimo tramo de escaleras es tortuoso y complicado. El mal olor del baño. La ausencia de cortinas que dejen pasar la luz en las ventanas restan privacidad y confort al alojamiento., impidiendo tener las contras abiertas si no querías que te viesen desde el exterior.

Location is really nice, neighborghood is good. Metro station is very near and its 10 minute walk to Roma Termini. Apartment was clean. It was easy to check in. We had some problems with coffee machine but owner was quick to respond and sloved problem very soon. Terrace is nice
Bed was extremely uncomftable. Size of a bed was ok, because are two girls but for larger person i think that bed would be too small. Stairse are very narrow but its already said in decsription so its not a problem.

L’escalier qui mène à l’appartement est très dangereux. La douche est à revoir urgemment.
