Emplacement plein centre ville, parking facile malgré tout. Machine à laver bien utile. Joliment décoré. Beaucoup de charme. Café et thé prévus.
Bruyant s'il faut ouvrir les fenêtres, il n'y a pas de climatisation. Odeurs du snack d'à côté. WC fonctionnel en bas, la SDB est au dernier étage, elle comprend un sanibroyeur quasi-inopérant. Pas de pièce de vie (pas de canapé), hormis la petite cuisine.

La situació molt cèntrica i la facilitat per l’aparcament.
L’espai. Esta distribuït amb tres plantes, una habitació en cada planta i el bany principal a la tercera planta amb WC triturador. Molt incòmode. Moltes escales que cal dir en la descripció de l’anunci, ja que dificulten l’estada tant a grans com a petits. No hi ha saleta d’estar, a la cuina només hi ha un petit banc i una tauleta alta per tres persones.
