Nice,clean, comfortable room.lovely comfortable bed handy for rail station, (bus371,373, all round easy, pleasing stay. Met Henry, very nice, helpful guy. (Top man!) Due to stay again (2 weeks) looking forward to it!!!! Charles..

The room was lovely and clean. However there was no air con or fan and it was extremely warm.
The was was lovely unfortunately I couldn't risk using due to having spinal problems and it was very slippy which would have been dangerous for me. I used the sink the wash. My boyfriend loved the shower.
The no slip mats for the shower. No fan or air con.

handy to get into town or the stadium close to a shopping area for snacks etc
For the price it's great
Bottled water in the room was a lovely touch
No info about WiFi in room so never connected to it
I think a kettle / brew station would be better at the top of stairs for guests to use 🤔 felt awkward using the kitchen as felt I was in someone's house and was 2 kettles was unsure which to use
We stayed as a couple but only had one towel to share ... no bath robes or slippers as stated on the listing but wasn't an issue
Bring your own tea and coffee etc as nothing on site

Room and bathroom were clean. Bed was comfortable. Henry was very helpful for suggestions re food and the directions of how to get in were very clear.
The kitchenette was not very well appointed. There were only 2 plates and one bowl, and only 2 spoons for cutlery.
