位置很好。房东主动帮助安排车位，提行李。顶楼露台虽然没装修好，风景不错，可看到女士海滩。
刚投入使用，但整体尚未做好接待准备。
1．卫生间没排风，只有一扇小窗，下水道返味儿，臭的很；
2. 两个沙发，不是沙发床，一个勉强可以蜷着睡，另一个只有一米二左右宽，根本不能睡；沙发床只给了被单，床单都没给，我下楼去要的；
3.房子西晒，空调不给力，凉的很慢，里外房间只有一部空调；
4.没有吹风机，没有洗发水沐浴露、没有拖鞋、没有衣架，厕纸还是下楼要的，总之啥啥都没有；
5. 冰箱没插电，里面还很脏；
6. 很多地方有灰，装修完没有好好保洁；
7. 只给一张房卡，4个人进出很不方便；
房间床头上面和左右打的柜子，两边的柜子角看着可怕，怕起床不小心撞到上
8．浴室地漏不畅，积水，洗澡水怱冷怱热；
9．房子说是新装修，但是床单、毛巾被、浴巾、马桶、沙发等等都是旧的。
