Asukoht mere ääres, toad sisustatud stiilse mööbliga mis oli ainult endise ajastu valitsus eliidile kättesaadav. Loodan, et see hoone tegutseb ka edaspidi hotellina ja leiab rahastust haljastuse parandamisse ning kõrval olevate hoonete kasutusele võtuks.
