Hay bastante flexibilidad y cortesía por parte del personal del hotel. Sus cuartos son amplios y cuentan con televisores modernos y aire acondicionado. Su piscina es muy agradable, por la tarde tiene una temperatura perfecta. la comida en el hotel también es muy buena y su sede en playa tiene una playa excelente. Volvería a este hotel sin duda alguna.
En algunos cuartos faltaba espacio para colocar la ropa.
