The room was spacious for family of two adults and two 13 year old boys. Room was clean and all the appliances worked. Broadband was fast. Will book again if staying in Tokyo.
No TV in the room. Quiet a struggle to get all the luggages into the 3/F as there is no lift. No instruction manuals how to use the washing machine, had to use Google lens to make it work.

Handy location in Nakano, enough room for our family of 2 A and 2C for a couple of nights. Neet little apartment, and reasonably spacious for a Tokyo studio.
Somewhere to hang towls while in the bathroom would have been helpful. I few more plates, glasses and kitchen items would be handy. The 3 story walk up was a little tricky with all our gear but we managed.
