The apartment has a great location, very close to the city center.
The renovation is nice, and the apartment is very warm (which is important because many apartments in Paris have heating issues).
The host is also very responsive. my back was hurting from the sofa, and on the same day they brought a more comfortable mattress topper for it.
The shower has very good water pressure, and the apartment has everything you need (except a washing machine).
The apartment is located on the ground floor, and the door opens directly into the inner courtyard.
There is a delivery or repair service company right across from the apartment, and the workers there start making noise from around 8 a.m. on weekdays. They woke us up every day.
Bring earplugs with you, because it’s very difficult to get enough sleep on weekdays.

Le quartier est super, plein de bonnes adresses pour manger à moins de 10 minutes à pied. L'ensemble est beau et agréable. Nous avons apprécié le calme !
La partie cuisine est inexploitable : l'évier est minuscule pour un grand mitigeur, rien qu'en lavant trois bols on met de l'eau partout. Rien pour suspendre un torchon. Et surtout, par rapport à d'autres logements au même prix, il y a des fenêtres, sauf que : en semaine, juste en face dans la cour, l'activité de livreurs/dépanneurs en bricolage occasionne du passage juste devant. Il faut donc garder les rideaux (occultants) fermés pour avoir un semblant d'intimité. On est dans le noir (déjà qu'il y a très peu de lumière), comme dans une pièce aveugle. La chambre est très exigüe, une fois le canapé déplié on ne fait plus rien : j'ai de sérieux doutes sur le confort à 4. Pour 3 avec un jeune enfant, ça allait. Je pensais prendre au moins le petit déjeuner sur place, résultat on est sorti dès le réveil, chaque jour, déjeuner dans le quartier.
