The location is great. It is central to everything: walking distance to Sundance Square and easy drive to everything else. The host was spectacular. There communication was very responsive! Any questions I had were answered right away. The property has a gate and that is an sense of security bonus.
We had an issue with bugs. On the good side, it was not the fault of the host - the host was more than helpful. It was most likely an issue with the apartment property management and their pest control contract. We put out about 15+ roach traps and then a few days later the pest control company came and put out some more posion. By the end of the month stay we went from a dozen roaches a day to one or two (one or two can be expected in any large city apartment complex!). Again, the host was great, accommodating, and wonderful to work with on this. I think the apartment complex with their new pest control company will help.

Super Lage zu Fuß nach Downtown.
Saubere Maisonette aber eher was für Familie nicht für 2 Paare, Küchenausstattung sehr gut, obwohl wir sie nicht benutzt haben
Zugang war zuerst etwas unverständlich aber wenn man es verstanden hat war es leicht

detailed instructions were given, but i had to message the host the day before check in to get the information.
there was no information in advance that we would be given a long list of chores to do by check out, including large penalities if we did not take out the bathroom trash or clean out the fridge. while the chore list was not too unusual for airbnb, including stripping beds and starting laundry with incredibly specific instructions, taking out bathroom trash, removing all opened food containers from fridge, AC at specific temp, running dishwasher etc, i was not at all expecting to have to do this long list at checkout. i was also not given this list in advance- they sent it the day before check out. they also did not leave enough extra laundry detergent to do the laundry they expected and also for us to do a few loads ourselves. i really did not appreciate having to do all the chores without warning, and also never agreed to have all these potential penalties. also, when we walked into the apartment at check in, one smoke alarm was already beeping and another already had the battery removed. so we had to find the smoke alarm and remove the battery as soon as we got there. even though i notified the host that evening, no effort was made to replace the batteries of either smoke alarm during our stay.
