I did not realise when booking that this was a private residence with a separate semi self contained accommodation. However, I was pleasantly surprised. I felt safe and secure, welcomed despite the early hour of the morning, and it was clean and comfortable.

Place was nice despite location
Owners took almost a month and several phone calls and texts to return my deposit and it wasn't the full amount saying that my dog slept on the bed. If I hadn't called to ask I don't believe he had any intention of returning the deposit. I kept the place clean and tidy. Also the bathroom shower did not feel comfortable or private with a big window and no curtains. Although frosted window you can still see through them enough which I thought was weird not having any blinds. The bathroom also is facing directly towards the owners house which is the house next door in St Albans
