L'appartement est très bien équipé et spacieux, les deux salles de bains sont vraiment un plus. La piscine a été agréable pendant ma période et peu fréquentée ce qui était appréciable (10h à 13h30 et 14h30 à 19h). Le parking mis à disposition dans le sous-sol de l'immeuble et le gardiennage à l'entrée de la résidence.
C'est du détail mais un peu loin du centre-ville, le bruit de la plaque métallique à l'entrée du garage à chaque entrée et sortie de véhicules la nuit (j'étais logé au dessus de l'entrée parking), qelques réparations à prévoir (mobilier, éclairage et finitions dans les sanitaires). L'ascenseur en panne dans l'immeuble 1.

Très bel appartement, bien équipé et propre avec une picine très propre.
Loin de toutes commodités mais il faut s'approvisionner avant d'y arriver.
