Alicante Smart Accommodation

Great location in a quiet neighbourhood close to local shops and cafes and still close to the city centre. Really friendly staff who were happy to help with any issues. Lovely rooftop pool!

The cleanliness of the hotel was superb and was evident from the moment we entered the hotel. Our early check in request and late check out request was accommodated. the ladies at reception were so helpful and very responsive to the communication requests on WhatsApp. the roof top pool and sun loungers were very welcome as the temperature was very hot during our stay. We stayed for 11 days in July. The location of the hotel was excellent with the bus stops within a short walk to the hotel along with a little supermarket.

The hotel is very new, close to lots bares and restaurantes and it’s not too far from the city centre.

The room it’s very small. I booked the hotel because it looked a big place with a big balcony so I thought I could have my breakfast in the room but it’s the case. There is only one chair, when we were in 2, there is not hob so I could have an egg or cook something else. The room was so small that I almost didn’t have space to put my suitcase. I was very disappointed with the size of the room. It’s nothing similar, in terms of size, with what it’s on the website. No space at all for breakfast. I had breakfast sitting on the bed.
