La proximitat en els transports. Facilitat de chekin i checkout. Encara que la entrada es massa tard 15 pm i la sortida massa d’hora 11am.
El apartament el vem agafar per quatre persones, i només poden dormir tres, un llit doble, un individual i un sofà-llit totalment inadequat per dormir.
El tancament de l’apartament, insuficient. Es tanca de cop i no hi ha una doble clau per assegurar aquest tancament. Les portes d’accés al carrer no es tanquen amb clau, queden obertes.

The property was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The host was kind, helpful, and caring throughout our stay. They provided an extra fan and made sure we had everything we needed. We really appreciated the attention and hospitality. I would definitely recommend this property and would be happy to stay here again.

Decent size, clean and comfortable level of furnishings.
Could use an update to utensils (sparse and dated) and a stash of tea towels so guests can clear up after themselves properly- minor note but would have been appreciated.

It was affordable for London and easy to commute on the tube to the main areas that we wanted to visit. It was clean and big enough for 3 adults. Good for a 3 night stay and the area was fine. Not too much noise considering it's in London.
The main bed was really hard so for us, not comfy at all. No fans when it's warm. The layout in the main bedroom is strange with the mirror on a stand (instead of on the wall), it's so tight that we had to step over the corner of the mirror (not practical when it's dark and going to the bathroom!!
