sehr unfreundlich, die Unterkunft war schrecklich und entsprach nicht der Beschreibung.....
Hallo booking.com, wir nutzen Ihre Website 1 bis 2 mal im Jahr für private Ausflüge, meine Frau fast wöchentlich für die Arbeiter ihrer Montagefirma. Wir waren bisher sehr zufrieden, allerdings hatten wir jetzt ein Erlebnis im Urlaub in Polen, dass uns sehr enttäuscht hat. Wir hatten ein Haus in Kolberg gebucht mit 4 Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern, wir sind mit zwei Familien zu viert und mit zwei Hunden angereist. Bezug war ab 16 Uhr, da wir früher da waren, konnten wir schon um 15.15 Uhr ins Haus. Wir haben das Haus sehr kalt vorgefunden, ca. 8 Grad wie die Außentemperatur auch und ohne funktionierenden WLAN. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter, Herrn Slieczka, wurde uns binnen 30 Minuten ein Handwerker versprochen. Dieser kam nach einer Stunde und hat angeblich die Heizung repariert, nach weiteren 90 Minuten waren alle Heizkörper immer noch kalt und die Zuleitungen lau warm, uns wurde gesagt, dass ist in 30 Minuten super warm. Es passierte aber nichts. Der WLAN Router war defekt und sollte innerhalb 1 Stunde ausgetauscht werden. Weitere 60 Minuten später, meldete sich der Handwerker, er schafft es heute nicht mehr, den Router zu tauschen. Nach erneuter Kontaktaufnahme mit Herrn S. Wurde uns jetzt ein anderes Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern zur Verfügung gestellt, wir fuhren in dieses Hotel, fanden aber lediglich ein 1Zimmer Apartment mit einem Doppelbett vor. Nach erneuter Rücksprache und viel Verhandlungsgeschick meiner Frau wurde uns im benachbarten Hotel ein weiteres Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Es war mittlerweile nach 20 Uhr, wir waren durchgefroren und hatten Hunger. Wir haben dann diese Apartments bezogen. Zwei Tage hörten wir nichts von dem Anbieter, am Montag Abend sollten wir dann wieder in das Hus ziehen, da wir aber unterwegs waren, einigten wir uns auf den Dienstag morgen ab 10 Uhr.
Zu den AusweichApartments ist zu sagen, dass wir 4 Tage kein versprochenen WLAN hatten und in einem Apartment waren weder Tassen, Teller noch nur ein Glas.
Dienstag Mittag fuhren wir in unser nun warmes Haus, sahen uns ein wenig um und mussten feststellen, dass die auf ihrer Seite anvisierte Waschmaschine nicht vorhanden war und das zweite Bad eine Zumutung war. Es war circa 1,10 m breit, um zur Dusche zu kommen, musste man ÜBER die Toilette steigen, das Waschbecken war sehr sehr klein und die Toilette nicht benutzbar, da der Heizkörper und das Rohr des fehlenden Thermostats dies verhinderten, Fotos habe ich hierzu gefertigt. Im ganzen Haus roch es nach Abfluss und Fäkalien, dies hatten wohl andere Vormieter ebenfalls bestätigt, wie ich jetzt auf ihrer Homepage feststellte. Bei einer erneuten Rücksprache mit dem nun nicht mehr freundlichen Herrn S. wurde uns lediglich gesagt, dass Haus stinkt nicht und die Ausstattung entspricht 100% den Angaben auf ihrer Seite....
Dies stimmt aus den o.g. Gründen natürlich nicht.
Da für Herrn S. die Sache somit erledigt zu sein schien, entschlossen wir uns für die restlichen noch verbliebenen 4 Urlaubstage eine andere Unterkunft selbstständig zu finden.
Wir bitten Sie, diese Angelegenheit zu prüfen und sich mit einem Lösungsvorschlag mit uns in Verbindung zu setzen, da wir diese Praxis von Partnern ihrer Webseite nicht gewohnt und doch sehr enttäuscht sind.
