Welcome to this inviting property, on the edge of the historic village of Sauveterre. This Provençal villa is ideally located between the Alpilles, the majestic Mont Ventoux, the impressive Pont du Gard, the Duchy of Uzes and the Luberon, in a quiet residential neighbourhood. The ambience of the house is bright and modern and offers numerous amenities. The neat, minimalist decoration and high-quality furnishings create an ideal setting for your time-out.
A highlight of the house is the refreshing private outdoor pool, where you can swim undisturbed, followed by sunbathing on the spacious south-facing terrace in the garden with olive trees and palm trees. The American kitchen, which opens onto an air-conditioned, shaded pergola, will be your favourite spot for all al fresco meals.
Discover the region on cycling and hiking trails, play tennis or golf, hire a boat and explore the surroundings from the water, or visit the beautiful city of Avignon with its many sights. You can also visit the old medieval mountain village of Les Angles with its Gothic church and the Tour des Mascs, as well as Villeneuve, where the old abbey and Fort Saint-André emphasise the medieval flair. The wild Camargue Regional Park, the magnificent village of Les Baux and the enchanting Ceze Valley are an absolute must.
