You'll find a parking pass included with your rental on the kitchen countertop when you arrive. Newpark Terrace offers heated driveways, making it so convenient to avoid walking or driving through the snow! The attached one-car garage offers a heated storage closet for gear. This fully furnished, turn-key property includes a washer and dryer, a complete kitchen with all essential appliances including a Kuerig coffee maker, a gas fireplace, central heating, and A/C for the summer months. A beautiful balcony is located off the living room/kitchen area and is equipped with a gas grill and patio furniture.
