Utopia City Oasis Exquisite Urban Retreat

The apartment was easy to find from the train station, the proximity to amenities, restaurants and the nightlife was super close and the views amazing. The layout of the apartment was great for a family visit. The kitchen and laundry were well appointed, and the bedrooms and bathrooms comfortable.

While the fantastic central location is great on one hand, it also means noise, and being there over the weekend meant music and traffic noise until quite late, which may not be a problem for everyone!!

Location was easy enough to get in and out of with close access to the storey bridge. Free secured car parking is also a bonus. The apartment was nice with nice views and included most kitchen items which most places don't have and also included washing powder etc.

There was no heating so the apartment was freezing for the first 2 nights until the host organised a portable heater to be delivered on the 3rd day. There's no extra blankets either. It is loud, despite being on the 24th floor, you can still hear everything going on on Brunswick Street. I did read the reviews and did expect that but it was much worse than I expected. The beds are very firm and uncomfortable. The elevators are extremely slow. I was told to leave the key in the room at check out but you cannot lock the door without the key and you also can't access the carpark without the fob so you need to take the keys with you when you check out. The key pick up and drop off is two blocks away at the Ezymart so that can be quite annoying when there isn't much parking around unless you want to run the gauntlet parking in a loading zone. The shower in the main bathroom floods, didn't try the ensuite

Central, nice, modern apartment on high level and with great views. Comfortable beds/pillows. Handy European laundry.

Very loud and busy nightlife neighbourhood. Can hear every music beat, scream and siren despite being high up. Living room decor needs cleaning/replacement. Pool towels should be provided.

Terrible location in a seedy area

We returned to our apartment finding the front door unlocked and in an open state. The family were distraught and did not sleep all night terrified that someone would enter when we were asleep
