(1) Cleanliness is very good
(2) Location is good, however the last mile narrow lane requires you to carry your heavy luggage in hand on foot for about 100 meters.

(3) A/c remote was not handed despite request. I felt chilling in night and got wake up twice just for switching a/c on and off directly.
(4) At the least electric cattle| and a tumbler (glass) for drinking water be provided..
(5) Owner/staff are reticent and transactional. They should help visitors by providing requested information to tourists staying in their hotel.

This was the most pleasant property we stayed at in India. We fell sick so we transfered to this hotel because we couldn’t stay in our original one. We were able to go in the room in 10 min-mind you it was still morning. Check in was quick and very pleasant.
The room was super clean and they offered to make up our room if we wanted to. They didn’t use any hardh scents in the room which I’ve found is quite a trend in India.
The family that owns the place was the best part of our stay. They saw how sick we were and offered us to get us some medicine and encouraged us to eat something that they brought us from their kitchen. We can not thank them enough for their help and kindness.
It is in a nice quiet alley so that was also nice for us. Also it is very close to Assi Ghat and many good food spots.
They have very good prices for food and drinks and even though we didn’t eat much we can confirm it was also tasty.
The only thing that comes to mind are mosquitoes. We somehow managed to get so many mosquitoes even though there is a mosquito net installed. Maybe it was our fault

Guest house ve skvělé lokalitě v postranní uličce, nebyl slyšet žádný hluk. 100m ke Ganze a ghátům, 6km od nádraží Banaras. Ubytování bez snídaně, ale majitelé ochotní, usměvaví, v pohodě.
Slabá WiFi.
