The unit was exactly what we needed with the right location.
There wasn’t any clear signage in the parking area to show you where the lifts are.
I couldn’t locate an ironing board.

Nicely appointed, cosy and tidy with n the room. The common facilities are wonderful and spectacularly clean.
No way to have a late checkout, drop off luggage or at least to have access to the common facilities for a few more hours after checkout.

Location was good, o
Lack of in room information, no booklets / manuals for appliances, and not even online , Bedroom blinds DIDN'T have privacy screen only a block out, and living room only had Privacy screen, NO BLOCKOUT , when trying to get information during the day Desk Reception only serviced tennents from Urban ,NOT CAULFIELD APARTMENTS :( only by Mobile :( once we worked out how to enter,exit the property, direction where very confusing , Poles need to be marked properly , Lift entrance was very dirty, oil mess over roadway ,requires urgent attention, This property requires a complete overhaul from arriving , parking, entering / exiting etc etc
