Place was HUGE! More than enough room for us. Location was fantastic. Loved the neighborhood and neighbors were very kind.
It smells like smoke. The entryway especially smells. Not sure if it’s the downstairs neighbor’s apartment or what, but we stopped at a store to get candles and spray which helped a lot.

Location is great. Easy on-street parking. Staff was easy to contact and responded quickly.
This unit is a 2nd story of an older Row House, (Interior is Refurbished and Nice). The old stairway from the bottom floor is not air-tight. I am guessing the residents on the bottom floor smoke Marijuana, (which is legal in Missouri), and the smell rises to the top floor. It wasn't horrible but definitely noticeable.
