Location (perfect midpoint between Apenzell, Säntis, Walensee, Zürich...), friendly and helpful owner, possibility to use the porch of the restaurant (on days when it was closed), parking spot.
It was pretty hot but that week, the whole Europe way burning. They have an AC in the apartment now. Mostly we were not thrilled by the cleanliness, the place could have been maintained better.
