The location, access was easy
The handle to open the window was completely broken off and on the counter so we could not open the window. We messaged the host about that, and about the fact there was an elevator door that opened in to the suite that we had no control over. We did not get an answer. The suite was not clean. The bedding was badly stained. There was no hand soap, no hand towels, no kitchen towel. There was no spare pillow or spare blanket. There was barely enough toilet paper.
