Zankhrpas A Himalayan Home - Manali

The place was fantastic. Very convenient location off the main road yet a totally different and peaceful feel as soon as you set foot on the property. Amazing view from the rooms/ balcony of the valley floor, the river, and paragliders, with mountains on the horizon. We had 2 rooms and they were both very nicely furnished with everything you could want, also nice touches like recessed lighting and modern fittings (which you typically find in much more expensive hotels). Beds were very comfortable; we had a great night's sleep. Saurabh was a very gracious and responsive host. We also had dinner and breakfast which was cooked personally by his wife and the food was fantastic. We would love to return and stay again at a future date. In summary, while this place is not as prominently marketed as other properties in Manali, its an absolute 10 of 10 and I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area and considering a booking.

The quality of the accommodation was top quality. The homestay is set in a working Orchard. Aldo far enough off the road where road traffic can hardly be heard.

I was impressed with the way the family made me feel at home. The views beyond the Orchard are stunning. The balcony from which I accessed my room allowed me sit outside and enjoy the peace and quiet.
