Efficient check in, albeit rather impersonal. Comfortable beds. Good air conditioning. Nicely furnished bedrooms.

We found a dead cockroach and a dirty toilet on arrival in one of the bathrooms. Whoever had used it forgot to flush before we arrived. The outside area was covered in dust and dirt, and the floors inside were dirty. When going into the bathroom at night, a large live cockroach was on the sink. The shower floor was also dirty, and the toilets had brown build-up in the bowl, which ought to be cleaned and scrubbed properly. Check out was at 10 am but the cleaner turned up at 9 am to clean and we felt terrible about him waiting outside so we invited him in to sit in the living room while we finished getting ready to leave. The shaft windows were open, which was probably the reason we found cockroaches. We only stayed a night, so we weren't too bothered, but considering the late check in time- and the early checkout time, one would think that there is enough time to clean the place properly.
