Está bien ubicado, hay cerca un gran supermercado, restaurantes etc.
Pese a estar ubicado en la parte alta del edificio el ruido de la calle se oía perfectamente (no hay insonorización, las ventanas son de cristal fino) lo cual dificulta el descanso. Por otra parte, la cama era “matrimonio” pero era muy estrecha, nada cómoda. No habían amenities básicas.

Ubicación, instalaciones modernas, bien equipado, incluye parqueo.
Falta de mueblería (veladores o repisas) en el dormitorio y Talves una tv pequeña en el dormitorio, la alfombra de la sala se veía sucia y vieja, el sofá cama bastante incómodo para dormir ya que sobresalen las maderas, no había sobre sábana para el sofá cama, en el baño habían muchos mosquitos muertos por el fumigado que debieron realizar previo a nuestro arribo. Ruido escandaloso por la noche y hasta la madrugada (4am) por fiestas de vecinos de departamentos continuos.
