The property is located in a nice gated location, 5 minutes drive to the public beach and about the same to margarita ville. It has a designated parking.

The location is very close to the Hip Strip. The room was clean and contained all necessary amenities. There was a pool - I didn’t use it but it was a nice area to chill and read. Also the property has nice views. It is super close to the airport too, which is a big plus.
There was some renovation work happening nearby, which was a little noisy at times but that can’t really be helped.
Also despite being very close to the hip strip, you might need to organise a lift to get down there. I walked down a few times but always got a lift back to the apartment.
