This is the second summer vacation in which we have booked this appartment. It is spacious, clean, well equipped, beds are comfortable and the terrace with sea view is amazing. A great sandy beach is right across the street. Multiple restaurants, supermarkets and boulangeries nearby. It is a great appartment for a family stay in Juan les Pins.
The checkout time at 10 am is very early, compared to other locations on the French Riviera which allow at least until 11am and considering also that, if you're moving to another location, their usual check in time is at around 3pm. The host suggested trusted luggage storage locations, but travelling with a child and an old person that is not a suitable option for our family. We hope this can be revised until our trip next year :).
