Está ubicado a dos cuadras del centro, el barrio tranquilo, tiene cochera, tiene parrilla, las instalaciones justas y necesarias.
No tenía microondas, ni aire acondicionado, baja velocidad de wifi, grifería antigua cuesta el cierre del paso de agua falta televisión en habitación... Lo demás es aceptable.
