Propreté, tranquillité et emplacement exceptionnels

Positive Aspects: The staff representing Nayah Stay who assisted us until we reached the chalet were extremely kind and helpful in every way. The place was very clean and thoughtfully equipped with all essentials (towels, toilet paper, glasses, and kitchen utensils). The refrigerator and other appliances were new and spotless. The apartment is spacious, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The minimalist and modern interior design and furniture were more than sufficient. Having direct access to both a pool and the lagoon made the stay even more enjoyable. Location-wise, it’s excellent — only 5 minutes to the Marina and 10 minutes to Downtown. Despite these issues, it was a wonderful stay overall. Many thanks to the team for their support! 😊

Negative Aspects: At the entrance of the El Gouna area, guests must register. However, even if you rent a large apartment with 3-4 rooms, you are not allowed to register additional guests afterward. This is quite unreasonable — after all, you’re not renting a hotel room; it’s an apartment. A more flexible system should be implemented. Check-in time is too late (3:00 PM). Check-out time is too early (11:00 AM).
