La proximité des commerces. Le calme La grande terrasse
Manque un meuble à chaussures surtout quand tous les membres de la famille ont plusieurs paires. La machine à café à filtre. Si c'était une Senseo a dosettes, ça aurait été plus simple d'utilisation et moins de perte.

Très bon emplacement près des plages et des commerces. Stationnement privé. Climatisation performante.
Matelas chambre RDC un peu trop dur. Canapé salle de séjour très moyen. Mais défauts mineurs.
