We received instructions via email how to get in the building, there is no-one at the reception, so you get an entrance code and find your key to the apartment in a lockbox. The building used to be a hotel, but now it seems to be privately owned apartments and the general areas are not being maintained/manned anymore.
Apartment styles are very different. our friends had a nice unit, with new bathroom and kitchen. Ours was very dated and equipped with only the most basic items.
When there was someone sitting in the reception area (sometimes a few hours per day), that person wasn't very knowledgeable or helpful. No areas for our teenagers to hang out. There is a pool table, but the entire reception area was so cold and not charming that nobody wanted to spend time there.
