We needed somewhere to store our cases and shower after a catamaran charter so was in a great location.

The location was excellent for us being close to marina trogir. Our host was helpful.

The room has a sloped low ceiling which was ok for me but a bit tricky for the taller guests

Lovely stay

Large clean apartment in a great central location.

Not clear in description that access to pool is at another hotel and that taxi journey there would cost approx 40 EURO one way. This was disappointing. However, if you are not bothered about pool then the flat is great.

Fantastic stay, the property was deep cleaned before our stay. Fresh linen provided along with towels and all the other necessities needed. Property is above a bar which was playing fantastic live music with a great crowd dancing and singing along. Inside the apartment is very quiet even though bar is downstairs The vibes were excellent. Will be staying again. 100% recommend for anyone, including groups or solo travellers or couples

Absolut falsche Angaben, unangenehme Barzahlung und völlig überteuert

Wir haben auch zu später Stunde noch ein Zimmer bekommen – das war wirklich hilfreich. Der Vermieter hat uns außerdem sehr genaue Angaben zum Check-in geschickt, was die Anreise erleichtert hat (unser Handy-Akku war leer, deshalb wurde es für uns etwas abenteuerlich – dafür konnte der Gastgeber natürlich nichts). Das Zimmer war sauber, auch Betten und Bettwäsche waren gepflegt.

Die Angaben in der Beschreibung sind schlicht falsch und frech. Es wurde ein Pool und ein Balkon beworben – beides existiert nicht. Als „Balkon“ existiert ein einzelner Tisch mit Stuhl am Treppenaufgang des Hauses (!), zwei Stockwerke unterhalb der eigentlichen Wohnung. Und zum Thema „Pool“ – vielleicht meint der Vermieter damit das Hafenbecken vor der Tür, in das man sich stürzen soll? Der absolute Hammer war jedoch die Schlüsselübergabe: Die Schlüssel lagen in einem Briefkasten, der für jeden zugänglich und offen war – und das direkt über einer Bar. Das ist aus unserer Sicht völlig unsicher und unprofessionell. Wer Pool und Balkon haben möchte, es gibt in dem Ort Anbieter, die es tatsächlich haben. Diese Unterkunft hat es definitiv nicht. Noch schlimmer war die Bezahlung: Wir sollten das Geld bar auf dem Tisch liegen lassen, ohne jegliche Quittung. Das ist für uns völlig inakzeptabel. Erst nach massivem Nachhaken haben wir eine Quittung erhalten. Damit war ein großer Teil unsres Bargeldes für die Reise weg – und das hat uns richtig sauer gemacht. Dazu kommt, dass es sich um eine sehr niedrige Dachwohnung handelt, in der man sich ständig den Kopf stößt. Die Treppe zum Zimmer wirkt, als würde sie nur selten gereinigt. Für den Preis ist das Angebot völlig überzogen und entspricht in keiner Weise den Angaben. Wir fühlen uns getäuscht und können dieses Zimmer auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen.
