Amable y dispuesta la dueña, casa limpia y buenas instalaciones. Se alquila la habitacion con derecho a baño y cocina. Muy bien localizada en el centro de la laguna.
Menor libertad al convivir con la dueña aunque permite entrada y salida cuando cada uno quiera sin problemas
