One of my favourite spots, I think it's a family owned hotel, since I always see the same people behind the Lobby, lovely staff, and if you want convenience, theres a BTS Stop 100m away, don't know any other hotel that's this close to a BTS Stop.
There's Nothing I don't like about this hotel, the price is affordable, the staff is very friendly, and its close to a BTS

Very clean room and bathroom. Soft and comfortable bed with cool A/C in the bedroom

Very clean, conveniently located at a BTS station, and great value for price.

Location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Big bed. Nice pillows and covers.
Noise. Windows cannot block noise from the busy street. You need earplugs or noise-canceling earphones to get decent sleep.
