Das obere Stockwerk incl. eines kleinen Balkons war sehr schön und hell. Die Betten sind in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut, Deauville war in 10 Minuten erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Umgebung befanden sich mehrere Geschäfte, u.a. ein Bäcker.
Küche/Wohnzimmer sind aus unserer Sicht recht dunkel. Anfangs roch die Wohnung feucht. Die Terrasse war sehr ungepflegt, ferner gab es lockere Toilettendeckel. Der WLan-Empfang im 1. Stock war extrem schlecht, es fehlt hier auf jeden Fall ein Repeater. Sehr wichtig ist auch, darauf hinzuweisen, dass die Treppe zum Obergeschoss sehr (!) steil ist.
