The person I spoke to upon arrival was lovely and we even got a little Halloween treat which was great. The room was clean and comfortable.

Stayed recently on a Friday night. My room was clean, very comfortable, warm. Bed was excellent, great night sleep. Hot shower. Good snacks and coffee making facilities. Did I mention clean. Friendly and warm welcome on arrival. If you’re passing through and looking for somewhere to crash the night, or use it as a base for a day or two, it’s absolutely perfect. Special mention to the furnishings too

Instructions from staff on how to access property were very clear and updates to ensure we had a good stay.
Short drive into town.
Overall was a good stay

It's no 5 star accomodation that's for sure; more accurately described as an old but clean bungalow. If you look past the decor, the beds were quite comfortable and very clean. They provided the basic necessities such as a fridge, microwave, tv, kettle, tea/coffee and basic cutlery.
The door to the ensuite didn't slide easily and the water pressure in the shower wasn't the best. They provided dishwashing liquid and a tea-towel but no sink.
