Liv Residence is a beautiful building. The location was Great. Easy access to the Metro, Marina Walk, JBR, everything needed. Host was very accommodating.
It faces roadside, not the Marina. There is some street/car noise but quieter at night.

The location
To much noisy, I don't think the windows are insulated enough, you cannot sleep very well,,,the apartment needs a recondition, bad smelling of the sewage in the bathroom,,,
