The place was very clean, comfortable, and well organized. The location was convenient and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing.

Everything is excellent except the neighboring room.
I wasn't lucky on the day I stayed at Cozy because I had a noisy neighbour in the next room, and I could hear their conversations even at dawn. You would wake up from their talks and cooking past 12 midnight. As for the staff, they were excellent because they quickly addressed concerns like the toilet issue and the noise from the next room in a polite and smooth manner. Aside from that, I would say the place is excellent.
