The hotel is comfortable, well located, immaculate, all the things you hope for. I speak only English and the staff communicated thoughtfully and efficiently despite not being fluent in English. All the staff I dealt with were fantastic and friendly from all departments, always greeted with a smile. Special thanks to Ms Li at breakfast and the night porter who went out of his way to help me contact my insurance agent late at night. The property is excellent, the staff are outstanding!

The sunk in the bathroom didn’t work properly.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and once again I had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the metro station, and this time I especially enjoyed my room with a lovely terrace. What really makes this hotel special is the staff. Everyone was genuinely friendly, always smiling, and happy to help. A special thank you to the gentleman at the reception. During both of my stays he was exceptionally kind, professional and incredibly helpful. His positive attitude and willingness to help made me feel truly welcome. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing, really. My only suggestion would be to provide simple directions from the nearest metro station, including the recommended exit, for first-time guests.
