The house was absolutely fantastic,
For what we paid , the place is looking very tired. A bit of maintenance would have been great. The outside chairs are falling to pieces a screw or 2 would help the arm rests to stay together. There were hornet nests around the outside windows . The back of the kitchen chairs fell out. The laundry smelt like something had died in there.

The house was huge and very well set up. Stunning grounds.
The house was surface level clean but the house needs a deep clean. The kitchen was full of cockroaches that came out at night and were crawling all over the dishes and utensils you ate off. There were lots of spiders in the bathrooms. There was a mouldy cutting board in the kitchen. Lots of fly poo on the ceiling. Needs better wine glasses (champagne flutes)

2nd big bedroom mattress to hard
The fold out couch needs to be changed to a proper one if you have it in ur booking.com description as don't think your one is even sleepable
