    Beautiful characterful property
    Beautiful property with really nicely decorated bedrooms. It’s really handy to have a bathroom for each room. The beds were very comfortable and the whole property has a lovely character. The location is great, right in the middle of Woodstock and minutes from a shop, takeaway and several pubs. We visited Blenheim palace while there which is right on the doorstep.
    The aga is very luxurious but a bit of a challenge for a family to cook with! There is an air fryer to use as an alternative.

    The property was extremely unique and really beautifully designed. There was outside space, which wasn’t obvious at the time of booking, so that was an added bonus. The property was extremely clean, comfortable and quiet, considering it was on a High Street. It was also perfectly placed for Blenheim Palace, which was our reason for visiting Woodstock. Woodstock itself was beautiful too, with great facilities.
    The Aga! Try as we might, we couldn’t get it to work. One bedroom was flooded with light very early on, as there were no curtains/ blinds on the window or skylight.

    Fantastic house in Woodstock
    Great location, brilliant bedrooms - absolutely huge! We had such a lovely weekend pottering round Woodstock. The outside space is great too - so peaceful.

    Spacious, beautiful house in a perfect location.
    The property was spacious and brilliant for our group as we all had our own bathroom. The bedrooms were all large and the kitchen was a great size with all the amenities you need. The house is modern inside but this doesn’t compromise the fact that the house is a grade II listed building, it’s still has the quirks you get staying in an older building. We would definitely return to the house! The location couldn’t have been better.
    The garden furniture was very uncomfortable and not enough seats.
