All as expected and just as needed for our stay.
Very close to town centre yet in a quiet spot. Apartment of an excellent size. Well equipped for our stay. Everything we needed in the kitchen and elswhere was there. Plenty of car park space available short distance away. We managed to park around the corner at first and then were able to park right in front of the main door. Nicely decorated and clean rooms.

Immeuble peu rassurant . De nombreuses portes en lattes de bois avec des cadenas. Poussières sur les toilettes (bouton et entourage), et sol des toilettes pas net, base du mitigeur du lavabo marron et douche pas nette.

Belle location en parfait état et fonctionnelle. Bon rapport qualité prix.
Très beau logement lumineux refait à neuf dans une rue calme. Possibilité de se garer en bas de l'immeuble. Supérette et commerces à 100 m. Très bonne literie. Linge de maison et de lit à dispo ainsi que gel douche, shampoing, liquide vaisselle et éponges. Bonne communication avec l'hôte. Je recommande pour la découverte de Roanne ou pour une halte sur le retour des vacances comme ce fut notre cas.
Pour rendre la location encore plus fonctionnelle, un peu plus de vaisselle serait apprécié.
