Localização ótima exatamente do lado do Tamar. O condomínio é muito bom, tem piscina maravilhosa e é muito limpo.
O apartamento não está muito conservado. Precisa de manutenção mais presente. A limpeza deixa a desejar. As tomadas na cozinha estao perigosas. Uma das TVs não funcionava. O ar condicionado do quarto teve que ficar ligado direto porque o controle não funcionava. Cortinas sujas. A área de serviços é bagunçada. Não tem forno nem micro-ondas. O chuveiro empoça água na hora do banho. As portas dos armários encrencas.
