It features four accommodation units and all of them will provide you with everything you may need for perfect, relaxing stay. All guests have access to common swimming pool, sun beds, parasols, furnished terrace,BBQ facilities and spa which they can use. Luggage storage is possible prior to check in and after check out, so you can explore the place a little more before your departure. Free private parking is available on site, reservation is not needed. Below facility is on request available:- "Jacuzzi is available at an additional cost of €10 per hour per person / per hour". This lovely studio apartment can comfortably accommodate up to two persons. It features air conditioning, Wi-Fi and flat screen TV. Kitchenette is well equipped and comes with dining area. Private bathroom includes shower and hair dryer. Furnished balcony is at guests disposal. Apartments Villa Roza are located in Rožat, only 4 km away from the Old City of Dubrovnik. I loved the location! Close enough to Dubrovnik but far from the hustle, Super clean and comfortable, The kitchen was well-equipped so we could cook some meals, Just a heads up, the WiFi was a bit spotty at times, but we managed

My partner and I just spent a week at Villa Roza, and it was absolutely delightful! The studio apartment was cozy yet spacious enough for two, and the balcony offered a lovely view of the surroundings, We loved starting our mornings with coffee out there, The kitchenette was well-equipped, which made preparing breakfast a breeze, The location is perfect for anyone wanting to explore Dubrovnik without being in the hustle and bustle of the city center—just a short drive away from all the major attractions, Plus, the outdoor pool was a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing, Overall, a fantastic stay!
