About this house rental
An exquisite NEW spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom showcases GOLF COURSE VIEWS from every window, and is surrounded by water views. Located in Ibis Landing Golf & Country Club, this community is a new 18-hole championship golf course in the Lehigh Acres/Ft. Myers area, with access to shopping, beaches, and tourist attractions in all of SW Florida. The home has every stylish furnishing and provision for an extended comfortable stay to relax and entertain. Enjoy sitting on the large screened-in lanai with outdoor living area and dining table under string light ambiance overlooking the beautiful water and golf views. Guests have access to all amenities, including unlimited golf for two people with a $30 golf cart fee. Amenities to be built are a clubhouse, tennis and pickleball courts, a fitness center, and a swimming pool. Currently, only the golf course is available. Pickleball and tennis courts are being built right now.
Master bedroom is a king bed with spacious and large dresser, 2 reading lights embedded into the head board with touch control, and the end tables have charging units for usb, usb-c and additional outlets. Master bath has huge walk-in shower with rain shower head, separate toilet room, linen closet, two sinks, large extended miror, and plenty of cabinet space. The master closet is huge with extra dressers, shoe rack, 2 luggage racks, and plenty of hangers.
Two bedrooms have queen beds, spacious dressers, touch control reading lights, and charging units. The second full bath is in between the two queen bedrooms with tub & shower and large linen closet. The 4th bedroom has a leather couch with queen pullout bed, ottoman, along with a desk for taking care of business away from home. The bedrooms ALL have bran new Nectar Premier mattresses(not pullout), and plenty of pillows and blankets to feel like you are sleeping in your own home. Closets host an abbundance of hangers; and the master closet has shoe storage, additonal drawers, and luggage racks. All bedrooms have black-black out curtains.
There is a $150 HOA transfer of membership fee for all quests, paid separately from this reservation. The approval process is 20 days, no exceptions. Although the availability states you can access the house within 5 days of making the reservation, the approval process is 20 days. VRBO does not have an option of more than 5 days to access the home. Please do not ask to move in before the application process is completed. Paying this fee entitles you to all the golf you desire during your stay.
Lehigh Acres is located off Route 75 at the Colonial Blvd Exit. Approximately 7 miles from Fort Myers, beaches, baseball stadiums, theaters, fine dining and shopping, are all just a short drive away.

Me and my husband stayed here and it is beautiful. It's private, you have no neighbors on one side or across the street. The golf course is your view for out front. It's right on a little lake in the back that is visible from the master bedroom, lanai, living room and kitchen table. I ate my beakfast on the back porch and watched all the birds hunt for their food. Beyond the lake is the golf course so it makes for a spacious scenic view. It's a nice community and the house is located very close to the mailboxes, community center and entrance so you don't have to go far if you need something. I loved the decorations, it looked just like the photos. My favorite part was the huge master bathroom with the walk shower. The water pressure was good and hot! The rooms were all a good size especially the master bedroom. The property was well stocked with everything we needed and the property owner was quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely come again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
