The centre of Préfailles is 2 minutes away, and Pornic in 10 minutes by car, making this house a perfect location to enjoy the sea and the town quietly.
The house, completely renovated, offers 130 m² of bright and quiet space, ideal for accommodating up to 9 people.
The enclosed grounds of 800 m² allow children to play in complete safety while adults enjoy the terrace with sea view, without vis-à-vis.
Linen is provided by the concierge service (mattress protector, fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, 1 dish towel, 1 hand towel, 1 large towel / person and 2 bath mats).

Parking possible in the courtyard and closed garage for a small car.

A spacious and bright living room with sea views. The sofa bed is new from 2023. The mattress is comparable to a classic bed, of very good quality.
Two bay windows open onto a large terrace equipped with garden furniture and deckchairs to enjoy the sun and the sea view throughout the day.
A new fully equipped kitchen from 2022 (Bosch coffee maker, kettle, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer).
