    It was good experience

The place is very far from the airport touching the highway.. not a beachfront property. But what I am disappointed is about the customer service which should be their prime motto. The room was not ready even after 2 hrs of checking late by us. We stayed for 5 nights but the everyday the menu of breakfast was the same. No variety. Average. On the day of check out the gut incharge to load our bags in the car made faces and turned away and my husband himself loaded the bags in the car. Very disappointing at the time of say good bye. We always stay at luxury hotels but this was never the experience. You need to really improve Gateway
